Resolution Authorizing Refund of Unused Escrow for 141 Robinson Lane for Seeding,
Driveway and Grading
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 291h, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy (arrived at 8:21 PM)
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, on or about March 13th, 2007, JBR Construction deposited Three Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($3,500.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the property located
at 141 Robinson Lane for seeding, driveway and grading, and
WHEREAS, JBR Construction has requested a refund in the amount of Three Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($3,500.00), and has been approved by Salvatore Morello, Code
Enforcement Officer, in letter dated May 21 St, 2007, to the Town of Wappinger Town Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100
($3,500.00) made payable to JBR Construction, Account Number 2006-0867, for the
refund of the unused escrow deposited for the property located at 141 Robinson Lane.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
