2007-121COPY 2007-121 Resolution Authorizing Refund of Unused Escrow for 30 Ketchamtown Road for Seeding 1 rw At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 25th, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero Councilmembers - William H. Beale Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy ABSENT: Vincent F. Bettina The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by Councilman Paoloni. WHEREAS, on or about March 23rd, 2007, O'Donnell Builders of Dutchess deposited One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the property located at 30 Ketchamtown Road for seeding, and WHEREAS, O'Donnell Builders of Dutchess have requested a refund in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00), and has been approved by George Kolb, Director of Code Enforcement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00) made payable to O'Donnell Builders of Dutchess for the refund of the unused escrow deposited for the property located at 30 Ketchamtown Road.
