Resolution Authorizing Return of Escrow for 5 Gerhard Court for Driveway
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on August
27th, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero

Joseph P. Paoloni (arrived at 7:38 PM)
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, on or about December 14th, 2006, O'Donnell's Inc. deposited One
Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,200.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the
property located at 5 Gerhard Court for driveway, and
WHEREAS, O'Donnell's Inc. has requested a refund in the amount of One Thousand
Two Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,200.00), and has been approved by Salvatore Morello III,
Code Enforcement Officer, in a letter dated July 18th, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and
00/100 ($1,200.00) made payable to O'Donnell's Inc. for the refund of the unused
escrow deposited for the property located at 5 Gerhard Court.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
