RESOLUTION NO. 2006-017
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WAGES FOR CERTAIN CLASSIFIED CIVIL SERVICE POSITIONS
IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall,
20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the .9th day' of January -4, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. . Pao 1 oni and seconded by
Ms. McCarthy
WHEREAS, the Town Board has established a salary scale system based on pay grade and steps for town employees,
WHEREAS, said wage scale assigns each job title within the Town a salary grade, and each employee will be
designated a pay step within their respective pay grade, therefore establishing an hourly wage for each employee.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the wages for the following named town employees be and the same hereby are fixed and
established at the following rates as established in the salary scale upon their respective
anniversary dates:

BE IT RESOLVED, that Debra Brown has been an employee of the Town of Wappinger for thirty years, therefore causing her
salary to fall outside of the salary scale for her grade, therefore, the Town Board hereby established her salary to be $37,037.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution become effective January 1, 2006.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
