Mr. Prager: Do I have a motion to accept these minutes? Mr. Johnston: I make a motion to accept these minutes. Mr. Galotti: Second. Mr. Prager: Next on the agenda is a Public Hearing. Mr. Prager: Sue are all the mailings in order? Ms. Rose: Yes sir. Mr. Prager: Do I have a motion to open the Public Hearing? Mr. Galotti: I make a motion to open the Public Hearing. Mr. Johnston: Second. Mr. Prager: All in favor? Board: Aye. Mr. Prager: Please state your name for the record and the reason you would like this variance. Mr. Rusnock: My name is Jay Rusnock and I live at 36 Alfreda Drive. I would like to add an addition to my deck so I could have a 12' X 16' section by the rear door of the house. Mr. Johnston: Do you plan on expanding below the deck? Mr. Rusnock: Maybe in a year or so, I will add some stone down there. I don't have any immediate plans. Mr. Galotti: The deck up above, is that staying as is? Mr. Rusnock: As you walk down that walkway, that one will stay as it is. Mr. Prager: For the record, there is no one in the audience for or against this variance. Mr. Prager: Do I have a motion to close the Public Hearing?
