2005-079RESOLUTION NO. 2005-079 RESOLUTION APPOINTING RECREATION COMMISSION MEMBER At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York on the 13th day of June, 2005, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor- Joseph Ruggiero Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy ABSENT: The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by Councilwoman McCarthy WHEREAS, Ralph Holt, Recreation Commission Chairman has recommended in his letter dated May 25, 2005 that Mrs. Ellen Korz be reappointed as a commission member; and WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has found Mrs. Ellen Korz to be the individual capable of filing the vacancy on the Recreation Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ellen Korz is hereby appointed to the Town of Wappinger Recreation Commission.
