At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at the Town Hall, in Wappinger Falls, New York, in said
Town, on October 26, 2005, at 7:41 o'clock P.M., Prevailing Time.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Ruggiero, and upon roll being called,
there were

Maureen McCarthy, Councilwoman
Joseph Paoloni, Councilman
ABSENT: Vincent Bettina, Councilman
The following resolution was offered by Councilwoman McCarthy who moved its
adoption, seconded by Councilman Valdati, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -147
REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTE RESOLUTION DATED OCTOBER 26,
2005.
A RESOLUTION DELEGATING TO THE SUPERVISOR OF THE
TOWN OF WAPPINGER, DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK, THE
POWER TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF AND TO SELL NOT
EXCEEDING $300,000 REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES OF SAID
TOWN IN ANTICIPATION OF THE RECEIPT OF MORTGAGE TAX
REVENUE BECOMING DUE DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL
YEAR, OF SAID TOWN.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, as follows:
Section 1. The power to authorize the issuance of and to sell not exceeding
$300,000 revenue anticipation notes of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, including renewals thereof, in anticipation of the receipt of mortgage tax
revenue becoming due during the current fiscal year of said Town, is hereby delegated
to the Supervisor, the chief fiscal officer. Such notes shall be of such terms, form and
contents, and shall be sold in such manner as may be determined by said Supervisor,
pursuant to the provisions of the Local Finance Law.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly put to a vote
on roll call, which resulted as follows:
