2003-279RESOLUTION NO. 2003-279 RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004 At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 201h day of November, 2003, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor Councilmen ABSENT: - Joseph Ruggiero Robert L. Valdati -.1khRmamix Christopher J. Colsey Joseph Paoloni Vincent Bettina The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati and seconded by Mr. Colsey WHEREAS, on October 27, 2003, the Town Board, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 106 of the Town Law and other applicable provisions of law, adopted the Preliminary Budget, by Resolution No. 2003-255; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 2003-255, a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget was held on 6th day of November, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. and all parties in attendance were permitted an opportunity to speak on behalf or in opposition to the proposed Annual Budget for the fiscal year 2004; and WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed same and has made changes thereto deemed reasonable and appropriate. R\Ginaft Documents\RESOLUTION No 2003-279.doc NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 109 of the Town Law and other applicable provisions of law, the annexed detailed statement of expenditures and revenues of the Town of Wappinger be and the same is hereby approved and adopted as the Annual Budget of the Town of Wappinger for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2004. 3. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to enter the Annual Budget adopted herein in the minutes of the Town Board. 4. The Town Board further directs that the amounts identified in the Annual Budget adopted herein shall be appropriated.
