Please be advised that the above referenced proceeding is a tax certiorari
matter for tax years 2013 and 2014. The property is owned by Wappinger 9
Joan F.Garrett** Realty, LLC located at 1243 Route 9 and known as Inter City Tire and Auto.
Kevin T.McDermott The assessed value for 2013 and 2014 was $925,000. The petitioner has
agreed to discontinue the 2013 and 2014 proceedings without reduction. As
James P.Horan ' part of this agreement the Assessor has agreed to a 10% reduction for 2015
Marina V.O'Neill including a mutual freeze for 3 years.
