Wappingers Falls. The assessed value for 2014 was $9,900,000. The
petitioner has agreed to discontinue the 2014 proceedings without reduction.
Marina V.O'Neill This was the subject of a multi-year settlement in 2010 for 2003 through
Melissa A.Manna-Williams 2010. The Board recently approved a settlement regarding a vacant parcel
owned by a related company, Aval Company, LLC.
