Old Hopewell Road Wappinger Falls, NY 12590 RE: Fieldstone Farms - Amended Resoltuion Dear Mr. Klein: At the July 8th, 1985 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele that based upon a meeting and field trip with the Board, Tim Classey, Fire Inspector, James Klein, and Ken Croshier, Highway Superintendent, the following conditions are to be added to the resolutions of final approval for Fieldstone Farms dated August 18th, 1981: 1. The passing of a Town Ordinance limiting parking on Fieldstone Blvd. to one side of street only. There should be no parking along the median strip. 2. No parking signs shall be posted along the roadway at intervals of approximately 150 feet to 200 feet.. 3. Sheriff's Department shall be requested to patrol area at regular intervals and issue traffic tickets to all violators. 4. Boulders will be moved closer to the trees. 5. The turn around at the end of the road will be enlarged to accomodate fire apparatus. 6. There will be one new turn around approximately half way down large enough for a fire truck to make .a turnaround. 7. The curbs on the center island will be eliminated to allow emergency crossing by fire apparatus. 8. The loop portion of the roadway shall be named Fieldstone Loop. The motion was seconded by Mr. Parsons. Vote: Mr. Fanuele - aye Mr. Keller - aye Mr. Parsons - aye Mr. May - aye Mr. Hawksley - aye The motion was carried.
