Mills stated that the conditions should include blacktop with a 4' shoulder on the mall side of the lot. Mr . Fanuele suggested that the words "at the time of construction" should be added to #6C. Mr. Fanuele asked if cable television was to be installed in Section I. Mr. Klein replied that it was, along with Central Hudson lines and telephone lines . Mr. Fanuele said that street trees shall be planted in accordance with the Town plan. Mr. Gunderud said that street Y g trees would be covered b subdivision regulations. Mr. Russ stated that they will be drawn on the. map. Mr. Fanuele also asked that there be a note on the map indicating that the road in Section I will continue as; a thru street Mr. Fanuele made a motion that the resolution be accepted. Seconded by Mr. Mills, the vote was unanimous Preliminary Approval - Section II Section II has the same conditions as Section I. Other changes made also apply to Section II, Mr. Mills said the applicant will have to petition the Town for a Park District. Mr. Gunderud. asked if there were a condition covering the drainage from one lot to another . Mr. Mills made a motion that the resolution be accepted, Mr. Parsons seconded. . The vote was unanimous . Mr . Fanuele re E ad a letter on the determination on the Environmental Impact Statement and. comments from the Dutchess County Department of Planning. Mr. Klein and his engineers have already informally met with the Town Board, and it is my. understanding that it is the intention of the Town Board to instruct the Planning Board to receive said application. The Planning Board will then take all necessary steps to review, recommend and notify all Government agencies as a normal, Conventional Sub-Division and present it to the Town Board for their review before a Public Hearing is scheduled.
