Resolution Accepting Resignation Of Code Enforcement Officer
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
September 26, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Salvatore Morello III, by letter dated September 22, 2016, has submitted his
resignation as Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Wappinger effective October 7, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby accepts the resignation of Salvatore Morello III as Code
Enforcement Officer for the Town of Wappinger effective October 7, 2016.
The Town Accountant, Fredrick Awino, is directed to compute any sums due Salvatore Morello
III by reason of any benefit time such as unused sick pay, vacation pay and personal time that
may be owing to him pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Town and
Town Hall staff
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
