Resolution Authorizing Return Of Escrow Deposited To Insure Proper Grading And
Seeding/Mulching For 7 Peter Drive
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 14,
2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Fenton and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, on or about December 30, 2014, Mid-Hudson Development Corp. posted
One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) to be held in escrow with the Town of
Wappinger to insure proper grading, seeding and mulching of disturbed areas for premises
located at 7 Peter Drive; and
WHEREAS, Code Enforcement Officer, Salvatore Morello III has confirmed that the
work for which the escrow was established has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby authorizes a refund of escrow in the amount of One Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) to Mid-Hudson Development Corp.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
