Resolution Appointing Part-Time Intern
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February 27, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS, the Town Board desires to hire Joseph Cavaccini as a Part-Time Intern to assist Town
Officials and Department Heads with miscellaneous tasks and functions; and
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor, or her designee, shall coordinate Joseph Cavaccini's work schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board appoints Joseph Cavacinni as a Part-
Time Intern at the pay rate of$10.50 per hour; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the hours to be worked by Joseph Cavaccini as Part-Time Intern
shall be capped at no more than 17.5 hours per week; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor, or her designee, will coordinate Joseph
Cavacinni's schedule; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall terminate no later than December 31,
2017; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor, or her designee, is authorized to complete
and file with The Dutchess County Department of Human Resources all paperwork required by that office in
connection with this appointment.
