They also proposed a bicycle parade starting at Schlathaus park and continuing along Old Myers
Corners Road. The plan was for childraen an adults to to decorate their bicycle for a chance to

of the picnic with the town paying for the prize.

Boat Ramp 2nd Dock
Councilman Ciccarelli asked about the status of the installation of the second boat dock at the
Chelsea Boat Launch. He cited a previous discussion regarding replacing an anchor bolt into the
concrete to replace the one that has torn away. He cited a similar fix that the Chelsea Yacht Club
used and asked buildings and Grounds personnel and Engineer Gray to look into the technology
to get that second dock floatation dock back in service as it serves as a necessary secondary
loading and unloading platform to serve to flow of activity at the launch.
A discussion was scheduled for next meeting.
3. Roof Leak
Councilman Ciccarelli asked about the recent roof ice jam and the accompanying leaks that
ensued. He asked if they have been taken care or if preventive measures were put in place.
Steve Frazier suggested heat cables that he intended to install.
4. Additional Personnel to Open and Close Parks; and, identify Property Maintenance Issues
The board discussed the possibility to hire someone to open and close all the town parks; and, to
check for property maintenance issues throughout the town given the new property maintenance
law. The board agreed to look this further.
