Resolution Authorizing Action Taken in Executive Session
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
8, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, the Town Board entered executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice
concerning a personnel matter; and
WHEREAS,the Town Board reached agreement on resolution of the personnel matter..
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves taking such legal
steps as are necessary to enforce its rights with respect to the personnel matter for all of the reasons
discussed during the executive session;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Supervisor is authorized to sign any documents
necessary to pursue the legal steps discussed with counsel in executive session.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
