Resolution Scheduling Special Meeting For The Annual Reorganization Meeting Of The Town Board
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on December 27, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman
Fenton.
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger annually schedules a Reorganization Meeting
prior to the first regular business meeting of the new fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with applicable State laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The annual Town Board Reorganization Meeting for 2018 is hereby scheduled for Wednesday,
January 3, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
3. The Town Board hereby directs the Town Clerk to publish in the Poughkeepsie Journal and the
Southern Dutchess News and to post on the Town's sign board maintained by the Town Clerk, the Notice of
Special Meeting scheduling the Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at
7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
The Town Clerk is further directed to post the Notice of Special Meeting on the Town's website.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
