Resolution Establishing The Amount Of Undertakings To Be Furnished By Officers,
Clerks And Employees Of The Town Of Wappinger
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
January 3, 2018.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Johnston and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
BE IT RESOLVED, that all the official bonds and undertakings by the officers, clerks or
employees of the Town of Wappinger may be in the form of a blanket undertaking from any duly
authorized corporate surety and said undertaking shall indemnify the Town of Wappinger against
the loss of the type more particularly set forth in Article 2, Section 11 of the Public Officers Law.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
