Dear Connie:
This is just a reminder that I will need some authority to proceed with the problem
properties on Alice Lane. In addition, we should meet with Don Klose regarding MVK

Dear Connie:
Don Close has turned over to me copies of documents in his file in connection with the Kirby
residence located on Alice Lane. It is my understanding that the Town Board has not authorized me
to proceed with any action in connection with this property. Perhaps it should be discussed at a
Town Board Workshop so that the full Board is apprised of the facts and circumstances surrounding
this matter.
