a corporation orfanized under the laws of the State of New York, having
its office on Fenmore Road, Wappingers Falls, N. Y. .

TOWN OF WAPPINGER, a municipal corporation of the State of
New York with an office on Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, N. Y. ,
part y of the second part,

paid by the part y of the second part, does hereby Brant and release uitto the
the part y of the second part, its successors and assidns forever, all
that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Wappinger, County
of Dutchess and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of Pye Lane, said
point being North -(l0o415O` East 165.93 feet from the Northerly line
of lands of now or formerly Holler and running thence along the
Southerly line of Beatty Road. on a curve convex to the Southeast hav-
ing a radius of 30.00 feet and a length Northwesterly 50.93 feet;
thence North 26011150" West 833. 37 feet; thence along a curve convex
to the North having a radius of 770.00 feet and a length Westerly
289.24 feet; thence leaving Southerly line of said Beatty Road and
crossing said Road North 420161201" East 5,0.00 feet to the Northerly
line of said Beatty Road; thence along said line on a curve convex to
the North having a radius of 820.00 feet and a length Easterly 278-56
feet; thence South 6"11 1501t East 877. feet; thence on a curve con-
vex to the South having a radius of 30.00 feet and a length South-
easterly 43.31 feet to, the Westerly line of aforesaid Pye Lane;
thence along said line South 71004 ' 50" West 110.91 feet to the point
of beginning.
Being that portion of Beatty Road as shown on map No. 3036
filed in the Dutchess County clerk' s office on May 17, 1962, extend-
ing from Pye Lane to a line drawn across said road from a certain
point on the easterly boundary of lot l'T as shown on said map to an-
other certain point on the westerly boundary line of lot 155 as
shown on said map. Said drawn line is a portion of the
southerly boundary of certain lands heretofore deeded to Town of
Wappinger for road purposes and tentatively accepted by said Town.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING title to all water pipes and water
system equipment now or later installed in the bed of the aforemen-
tioned premises and
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to the party of the first part the
right to enter upon and make repairs to the said pipes and related
equipment with due regard to the rights of the public in the afore-
mentioned premises , and upon the condition that upon the completion
of any such repairs the party of the first part will restore the
premises as nearly as possible to their original condition.
