the premises described in this instrument for the purpose of constructing,
installing, maintaining, operating, repairing and replacing the aforesaid storm
water drainage system and the appurtenances thereto, together with the right
of access thereto at all times for the purpose of constructing, maintaining,
operating, repairing, replacing and removing the same.
It is intended to hereby convey and dedicate to the Town of Wappinger
