1. GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAYS: The j
GRANTORS grant unto the GRANTEE PERMANENT EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-
WAYS in, on, under and through that portion of the' GRANTORS' parcel hereinafter
described and called PERMANENT EASEMENT .AREAS, for the purposes of
constructing and installing drain pipes or drainage ditches, channels and appurtenances
in the PERMANENT EASEMENT AREAS for the transportation and disposal,of surface,
storm or ground water and to maintain, repair, reconstruct, replace and inspect the same
as GRANTEE rriay deem .necessary or ,desirable. The PERMANENT EASEMENT
AREAS are More-particularly described on Schedule "A"" attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
2: RESEEDING: Upon completion of the construction in .the PERMANENT
EASEMENT AREAS, the PERMANENT EASEMENT AREAS will be reseeded. Subject
to the ten.-ns of this Grant, .if subsequent maintenance or repair work requif0s a
disturbance of the PERMANENT EASEMENT AREA, to the extent reasonably
practicable, the GRANTEE will restore the premises to the condition that existed prior to
the disturbance, exclusive of tree or shrub planting.
3. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS: CLEANING AND ACCESS: This Grant of
PERMANENT EASEMENT AREA includes but is not limited to the following appurtenant
rights necessary to effectuate the construction, repair and maintenance of the drainage
