Charles Finnerman Crimswai Realty Corp, 39 Market Street Poughkeepsie, New York , Dear Mr. Yinnerman: At the September 18, 1972 meeting, the Town of Wappinger Planning Board unanimously adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat ,entit'led, "Subdivision Map Prepared for Crimswal Realty Corp. , Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on August 21, 1972, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York, on September 18, 1972 at 8:00 p.m. , and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on August 21, 1972, have been met, except as noted below.
