Dear Mr. D'Agostino:
This Department has conducted a field inspection and review of the
Osborne. Hill Road (County Route No. 351 and Smithtown Road intersection
relative to sight distance at the intersection.
A row of 7-foot-tall, white pine trees recently planted along the
easterly side of Osborne Hill Road=extends too far northerly, reducing
required sight distances at said intersection. The trees were not placed
as per the Town-approved site plan..
The last four trees at the northerly end of the planted row, this
date, should be removed/relocated as' soon as possible to provide neces-
sary sight distances for the traffic at the intersection.

At the duly 18th, 1983 meeting of the Planning Board,
a motion was made by biro Parsons, to adopt the following
resolution:
The Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby grants
site plan approval to Dom D°agostino Nurseries, Inc. for revised
site plan entitled "DOAgostino's Nursery, Town. of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, iiew `Fork - Site Plant, prepared by Richard G� Ba.):ge- `,
P.E. & L.S.„ and dated 6/16/83 and subject to the following
conditions:
1. The applicant shall supple the Fire Prevention Bureau
with a set of building plans for their review and approval
prior to the .issuance of a building permit.
2 . Drainage plans shall be reviewed and approved by the
Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building
permit. A copy of the drainage plans shall be supplied to
the Conservation Advisory Council for their review and comments.
3. An erosion control plan shall be submitted to the
Conservation Advisory Council for their review and then
approval by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance
of a building permit.
4s Size and location of any new signs to be located on the
premises must conform with the requirements of the Town of
Wappinger Zoning Ordinance unless a variance is obtained,

5. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for the
newly covered roofed areas and areas covered by impervious
material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building
_permit. Credit will be given for existing coverage as
determined by the Building Inspector/
6. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health, if
required, shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a
building permit.
7. Note shall be added to the site plan noting that there is
an easement for ingress and egress for Parcel. "A" which, was
previously subdivided.
8. Approval of . the Highway Superintendent and the New York
State Department of Transportation shall be obtained for any
changes in- etrance/exit on Smithtown Road and Route 9.
9. No spraying of pesticides on the stock shall be done
on the site.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF

with a set of building plans for their approval prior to

2 . Size and location of any new signs to be located on the
