Dear Ladies :
At -their November 26th, 1979 meeting, the planning Board
of the Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolutions:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Marion M . Daly and
Jean R. Maloney for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision
Plat for Marion M. Daly & Jean R. Maloney, Town of Wappinger, Dutche,s
County, New York,", prepared by Richard G . Barger, P .E . & L.S. , and
dated 11,/'1/79, subject to the following requirements :
Within six months of this tentative approval , the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section, 22; Article III, Section. 30;
and. Article. IV of the Subdivision Regulations . In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
zoning ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the
plat.
1 . Site distance improvements shall be made in accordance
with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Highway
Superintendent and the note on the plat .
2 . Downstream drainage fee is waived as all structures
are existing .

WHEREAS, . an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision. Plat for Marion. M. Daly & Jean R. Maloney,
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess -County, New YorX" was received by the
Town of Wappinger Planning Board on. November 5th, 1979, and
WHEREAS, a. final' public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision_ Regulations or the
Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application.,
except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappiager Planning Beard
on November 26th, 1979, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
Marion M. Daly and Jean R. Maloney for approval o" said subdivision
plat, prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E . & L.S . , and dated November 1st,
1979, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the
Chairman be .author ized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat .
upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if
the applicant .has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in_ the' action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the appl.icant. in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of
Planning Board signature shall become null and void.

3 . Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files. Said copies shall be obtained from
the County Clerk's office .
