Subject: DC IDA with Jaleli, LLC/Hudson Valley Lighting - Use of Meeting Room for Public Hearing
Good afternoon, Supervisor Gutzler and Town Board Members,
Donald Cappillino is the attorney who represents the Dutchess County Industrial Development Agency, a governmental
agency of Dutchess County. A public hearing is required for the process of being able to grant financial assistance to
applicants. Jaleli, LLC/Hudson Valley Lighting is a project in the Town of Wappinger. When the Agency has had other
projects in the Town, the Town has been gracious enough to allow the IDA to use a room in the Town Hall to conduct the
public hearing and has waived the $100.00 room use fee in the past as well. The IDA would like to use the main meeting
room on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for approximately 30 minutes. The typical attendees of the hearing
are Donald Cappillino, a stenographer to record the public hearing minutes, one member of the IDA Board, and one or
two members of the applicant to give a quick overview of the project.
Thank you for your courtesy and prompt attention. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this
office.
