Subject: Frank & Brothers Auto Body Shop - Old Route 9
At the January 5th, 1981 meeting, a motion was made by
Mr. Fanuele, seconded by Mr. Mills, to adopt the following
resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Board of the Town of
Wappinger hereby grants site plan approval to Prank and Brothers
for site plan entitled "Proposed Auto Body Shop, Frank and Brothers,
Old Route 9, Wappingers Falls, New York" , prepared by Milton Chazen,
P.E . & L.S. , and dated 10/8/80, revised 12/8/80 and 12/15/80 and
subject to the following conditions :
1 . Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit.
2. Approval of the Engineer to the Town on the drainage plan
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit.
S . Downstream drainage fee of $.15 a square foot for newly
covered roofed areas and areas covered with impervious material
shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit.
4. Recommendations of the Hughsonville Fire Company shall he
complied with and a COPY of the building plans shall, be supplied
to the Hughsonville Fire Company prior to the issuance of a
building permit.
5. Any signs and lighting plan shall be approved by the
Zoning Administrator prior to their installation.

enclosed area shall not impede emergency vehicular access.
11. The yard shall be kept clean.
12: No gasoline .shall be dispensed.
13. All repairs shall be done indoors.
14. The Planning Board reserves the right to review the
site plan within a one year period to check if buffering is
necessary.
