At the December 18, 1972 meeting, the Planning Board' of the
Town � of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following rosolution-
' BE ITRESOLVED THAT SITE PLAN APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to
Harold I Franks for site plan entitled, "Proposed Shooting Range for
Haiold J. Franks & Gun Club Members", ' dated September 10, 1972,
subject to the following conditions
Provisions are made for sufficient off-street parking.
2. Site plan shall be revised to indicate the above condition.
3 . Hours shall be limited from 8:00 a.m. to 'sundown Monday
- !through Saturday and 12:00 moon to sundown' on Sunday.
4. Range shall be used only for pistol and rifle shooting strictly -
within the confines of the designated shooting area.
5. The range shall ,be operated in accordance with N.R.A. safety ,
prodedures.

At the August 16, 1971 meeting, the Planning Board unanimously
recommended that a Special Use Permit be issued to Mr. Franks,
to construct a private stable on his property located on the
southeasterly side of Diddell Road, Town of Wappinger.

Date: October 6, 1971
Subject. Har-Mel Kennels - Request for Special Use Permit
At the October 4, 1971 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger recommended that a Special Use Permit be
issued and granted final site plan approval to a site plan
entitled, "Proposed Kennel Facilities for Mr. Harold Franks,
Diddell Road, Wappinger, New York, " prepared by Callan - Godsall
Associates, Architects, and dated 11/28/69, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Dutchess County Department of Health approval on water
supply and sewer system.
Z. Driveway permit shall be obtained from the Town Superintendent
of Highways.
3 . The proposed kennel building shall be soundproof and dogs
shall be kept in at night.
4. Storm drainage shall be approved by the Engineer to the
Town.
