At the August 20, 1973 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat for Paul & Catherine Franzoni,

Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was received by the
Town of Wappinger Planning Board on August 10, 1973, and.
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Planning Board,
and
WHEREAS, the requ, rements of the Subdivision Regulations
of�, the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat
and application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on May 21, 1973, have been met, except as noted below.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
Paul and Catherine- Franzoni for approval of said subdivision plat,
prepared by Richard G.- Barger, P.E. & L.S. , and dated June 1, 1973,
be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon
compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution

if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of ,Section 2.73 of the Town Law.
y Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the date
of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.

1 . Four copies of the' filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files. Said filed, maps shall be obtained
from the Dutchess County Clerk' s office.
2 .. Driveway permit shall be obtained from the Highway
Superintendent prior to obtaining any building permit.

3 . Aprroval of the Engineer to the Town shall be obtained
prior to obtaining any building permit.

for subdivision as shown, can map entitled, "Subdivision for Paul and
Catherine Franzoni, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York",
prepared by. Richard G . Barger, P.E . & L,S.. , and dated ,April 24, 1973,
subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subd1vision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30;

and Article IV of the Subdivision. Regulations. in addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the pla` .
