Gilman Naro Products Inc. 2061 Broadway New York, New York 10023 Dear Mr. Gilman: At the October 2, 1972 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled, "Naro Subdivision, Town of .Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", was received by the Town of' Wappinger Planning Board on June 19, 1972, and WHEREAS, a� public hearing was held on . said subdivision application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York, on August 21, 1972at 8:00 p.m. , and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been ,met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on November 1, 1971, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Nathan H. Gilman, Agent for Naro Products, Inc. for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Michael J. Morris, P.E. , and dated :revised August 1972, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for Planning Board files. 2 Town curb permit shall be obtained before any building permits shall be issued. 3 : The lowest opening to all houses shall be at least two feet above' finished road grade. 4. All footing drains and roof leaders shall be piped into storm drain system or private dry well system. Private dry well systems must be shown on ' the filed map. 5< All easements shall be 25 ' in width. 6 . All roads must meet present road specifications,. 7 . The area between Sprout Creek and lots 32 and 33 shall be sett aside for recreation purposes for the homeowners in the subdivision and title of this land shall be incorporated into the deeds of each and every lot owner. 8. November 1, 1971 Planning Board meeting, a motion was made by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Steinhaus to adopt the following- resolution: TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Nathan H. Gilman for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Preliminary Plat, Gilman Subdivision Town of Wappinger, Dutchess ,County, New York, prepared by Michael J. Morri P.E. , and dated August 1971 and revised October 1971 subject to the following requirements: Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30; and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the application must meet the requirements. of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. Street specifications shall be those presently in effect. 6 . one hundred dollars per approved lot on the final subdivision plat be paid in lieu of a land contribution for recreation, on or before final approval of the plat. 7 . The land marked reserved for park and recreation purposes, be offered to the owners of the homes in the subdivision at no cost. The elevations remain as shown on the preliminary plat for these lands.
