Dear Mr. Glunk:
At the March 5, 1973 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled, "Proposed Subdivision, Property of William and
Reba Glunk", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on February 6, 1973, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision
application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers
Falls, New York, on March 5, 1973 at 8:00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat
and application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on February 5, 1973, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
William and Reba Glunk for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S. , and dated January 3, 1973,, be
approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon
compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if
the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed

by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 27:6 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the
date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
1. Four copies of the filed map must be submitted for
Planning Board files.

TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to William and Reba Glunk
for subdivision as shown on map entitled, "Proposed Subdivision,
Property of ",William & Reba Glunk" , prepared by Richard G . Barger,
P.E . & L.S . dated revised January 3,, 1973, subject to the following
requirements:
Within, six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with. Article II, Section 22,• Article III, Section 30;
and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations.. In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the fallowing improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the plat.
1. Approval must be obtained from the rutchess Co. crept. of Health.
2. Approval must be obtained from the Superintendent of Highways
for proposed new driveway on. Booth Boulevard.
3 . All wet areas on this property must be shown on the map.
