taken.
A motion ryas,made by Thomas Logan,. seconded .by
Eugene Schutle, that preliminary approval be gi ver► to
subdivi$ion entitled "Preliminary Map prepared for
Chauncey I3o dot prepared by Richard Barger, P,E. & L.S. and
dated JUl y. 120 1.965, subject to the following conditions:
Within six months of this preliminary approval., the
appl i caent is`authorized to submit an application for approval
of a subdivision plat in accordance with Article TI, Section
22; Article 1IIp Section 30, and Article Ill of the
Subdf vi si on Regulations. . In .addition, the applicant crust
meet the regpi rents of the 'Gown of Wappingear toning
Ord'i asnce, particularly Section 412.02. In addition, the
lollowing 'improvements,, reservations, changes, and
equi runts are pre-requisite to the approval of the
