Dear Mr.. Morris:
At the June 16th, 1975 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger took the following action on the "Lakeside
Subdivision".
A motion was made by Dr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Porter,
to readopt the Planning Board's resolution of May 20th, 1974 on
subdivision, entitled "Lakeside, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York", prepared by Michael. J. Morris, P.E.and Richard N..Carlson,
L.S. and dated revised June 2nd, 1975.
Motion was Unanimously Carried
The mylar has been signed and is available in: our office
and it would be appreciated if you could pick it up and file
it.in the County Clerk's office.

Dear Mr. Mead:
At the May 20th, 1974 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled, "Lakeside, Town ofTRappinger, Dutchess County,
New York", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on May 24, 1374, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Planning
Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Town. of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat
and application, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of wappinger Planning Board
on February 11, 1974, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TMXT the application of
Richard T. miea.d for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Richard N. Carlson, L.S., and Michael J. Morris, P.E., and
dated revised January 7, 1974, be approved subject to the
fallowing conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to
endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with
said conditions by the applicant, which conditional_ approval
shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the
applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon Completion of all requirements set.forth in the action..
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning,Board, and shall be.
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in

accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the
date of. Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
1. Deeds for the 25 foot utility easement along the southerly.
line of Lot 44 1 and the 25 foot utility easement along the
northwesterly property line of Lot # 2 shall be accepted.by
the Town Board prior to the signing of the plat.
2. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files. Said copies shall be obtained from
the County Clerk's office.

At the February 11, 1974 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolution:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Richard T. Mead for
subdivision as shown on map entitled "Lakeside, Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York"', prepared by Richard N. Carlson, L.S.
and Michael J. Morris, P.E., and dated October 26, 1973, revised
January 7, 1974, subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is. authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30;
and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations., In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre -requisite to the approval of the plat.,
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall
be obtained. I
2. Twenty-five foot utility easement shall be deeded to the
Town along the southerly line of Lot # 1.
3. Twenty-five foot utility easement shall be deeded to the
Town along the northwesterly property line of Lot # 2.
4. Drainage flow patterns shall be indicated.
5. Area of the lake shall be calculated and noted on the
subdivision plat.

6. Spillway of the dam, which is located at the inlet side
of the box culvert(No. WP -17), should be'lowered a minimum
of 12" to provide a total of 30 square feet opening (this
would mean the whole lake will be lowered by 12 inches).
7. The gate at the above mentioned dike shall be made
operational.
