At the May 23rd, 1988 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a
Motion was made by Mr. Simonetti, seconded. by Mr.' Patterson to grant preliminary
and final approval and to waive the final piblic hearing. The resolution of
approval are as follows:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of subdivision plat entitled
"Subdivision Plat prepared for Mario Leone, situated in the Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York"and prepared by David Rider, P. E.was received
by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on November 2, 1987 and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing was waived by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of
Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application except as
noted below, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Mario Leone for
approval of said subdivision plat entitled, "Subdivision Plat prepared for,Mario
Leone, situated in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", and prepared
by David Rider, P. E. anal dated March.2nd, 1988 be approved subject to the
following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval
of said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant,
whit conditional approval shall expire six W months from the date of this
resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained on
water supply and sewage disposal prior to signing of pjat,

8. All footing drains and roof leaders shall be piped into the storm drainage
system if specified by the Town of Wappinger Building Inspector.
9. For each Lot an application shall be made for a grading permit shall meet the
Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance requirements, including submission of.a
plan showing design and materials and atleast a month by month schedule.
10. Five (5) copies of the filed map shall be required for Planning Board
Distribution. Said copies shall be required from the County Clerk's Office.
11. All lot lines and dimensions shall conform with the zone that the subdivision
is in.
