Dear Mr. and Mrs. Pellettiere:
At the June 3, 1974 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town
of Wappinger adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat for Prospero & Pauline Pellettiere,
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was received by the
Town of Wappinger Planning Board on June 3, 1974, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Planning
Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat
and application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on April 15, 1974, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
ProTero and Pauline Pellettiere for approval of said subdivision
plat, prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated 12/2,9/73,
be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon
compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution
if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the
date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.

1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Public
Works shall be obtained prior to the issuance of building
permits.
2. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files. Said copies shall be obtained from
the County Clerk's office.

At the April 15, 1.371 meeting,•the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Prospero and
Pauline Pellettiera for subdivision as shown on map entitled
"Subdivision Plat for Prospero & Pauline Pellettiere, Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", prepared by Richard G. Barger,
P. i E. & L.S., and dated 12/29/73, subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant is
authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat
in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30; and.
Article TV of the Subdivision Regulations. in addition, the application
must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger zoning ordinance.
In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes, and
requirements are pre -requisite to the approval of the plat.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department 012" Health
shall be obtained.
2. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Public
Works shall be obtained for curb cuts prior to the issuance
of building permits.
