From: Town of Wappinger Planning Board Date: April 8th, 1982 Subject: Frank Piccone - Application for Site Plan Approval to convert an existing dwelling into a restaurant on property located on Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger. At the April 5th, 1982 meeting of the Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Mills, seconded by Mr. Keller, to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE OF li"APP11-,C-Erl HEREBY GRANTS FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Frank Picconc for site plan entitled "Frank �icconb, Town of Wappinger, Dut. Co., N.Y. - Proposed Restaurant Site", prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., dated 3/6/82 and subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy and/or a building permit. 2. Use of the existing cottage on the property shall be designated. Residential use of the cottage would have to '-be abandoned upon use of the main house as a restaurant. 3. Fire Prevention Bureau shall review the site -olan and t --he premises and structure shall be inspected prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy in accordance with the provisions of the Town of Wappinger Fire Prevention Law. 4. Grading and drainage plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Engineer to the Town and the Acting Highway Superintendent prior to the issuance of a building permit and/or a certificate of occupancy. 6. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for any newly covered roofed areas or areas covered by impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit and/or a Certificate of Occupancy. If parking lot is to be paved in the future, downstream drainage fee would have to be paid at that time. 7. Erosion control plan shall be reviewed by the Conservation Advisory Council and approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit and/or a Certificate of Occupancy.
