RE: Two Lot Subdivision
Dear Mrs. Plew:
At their November 24th, 1980 meeting, the Planning Board of
the Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolutions:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Edith L. Plew
for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision Plat of the
Lands, of Edith L. Plew, Situated in the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York", prepared by Raymond J. Kih1mire, L.S.,
and dated October 26th, 1980, subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30;
and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre -requisite to the approval of -Uhe
plat.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
shall be obtained.
2. Lot 1 shall have the right to discharge surface water
across lot 2. Note to this effect shall be placed on the plat.
3. House elevation shall meet the current Highway Specifications.
4. Downstream drainage fee of $200.00 for the newly created
building lot shall be paid prior to the signing of the plat.

WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
..plat entitled "Subdivision Plat of lands of Edith L. Plew, Situated
in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was received
by -the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on November 24th, 1980, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived.by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by -said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board.
on November 24th, 1980, have been met, except_ as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TEAT the application of
Edith L. Plew for approval of said subdivision plat,. prepared by
Raymond J. Kihlmire, L.S., and dated October 26th, 1980, be
authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon
compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution
if. the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the office of the County Clerk in.
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of
Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
