Resolution Authorizing Engineers To The Town To Investigate Grant Opportunities For Led Lighting At
Robinson Lane
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on April 8, 2019.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, LED lighting technology can reduce the electricity expenses for lighting the fields at the Robinson
Lane Recreational Complex; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes that the Engineers to the Town investigate what grants and subsidized loan
programs may be available to make the replacement of the lights economically viable;
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Engineers to the Town, CPL, are directed to prepare a
preliminary conceptual plan for the replacement of the lighting at the Robinson Lane Recreational Complex
with more economically efficient lighting and determine what grants or subsidized loans may be available for
the project and make a report of their findings to the Town Board upon completion.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
