Dear Mr. Levine:
At the December 15th, 1975 meeting, the Torn of Wappinger
Planning Board adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat
entitled "Subdivision. Plat Prepared for Wappinger Associates, Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was received by the Town of
Wappinger Planning Board on. December 15, 1975, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town. of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on December 15, 1975, have been met, except as noted below-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT -the application of
Wappinger Associates for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Richard G . Barger, P.E. & L..S. , and dated November 3, 1975, be
approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said: subdivision plat upon
compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution
if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon comple-t-ion of all requirements set forth in the action.
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in -the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.

.Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the date of
Planning. Board signature shall become null and void_
1. The existing driveway on Parcel "B" shall be paved and
.improved in accordance with the requirements of the Town of
Wappinger Highway Superintendent.
2 . Parcel "A" shall have a right-of-way for ingress and egress
thru Parcel "B", over the existing driveway. Said right-of-way
shall continue until another means of access is provided for
Parcel "A" .
3 . Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for. Planninq
Board files Said copies shall 'be obtained from.:the County
Clerkts office.

At the Deceml-her 15th, 1975 meeting, the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board adopted the following resolution
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Wappinger Associates
for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision Plat Prepared
for Wappinger Associates, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York " ,
prepared by Richard G . Barger, P..E,, & L.S .. , and dated November 3, 1975,
and subject to the following requirements :
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with article II, Section 22; Article 111, Section 30;
and Article IV of the Subdivision. Regulations . in addition, the
application must meet the requirements of -the Town of Wappinger
zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the
plat.
1 . The existing dri-�.reway on Parcel "B" shall be paved and
