Dear Mr. Arkawy:
At the July 21st, 1975 meeting, the Town of Wappinger Planning
Board adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Map of Brinkerhoff, Watch Hill- - Section 5,
Town of Fishkill & Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was
received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on June 25, 1975,
and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on April 7th, 1975, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
Seymour M. Arkawy for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Burgess & Behr, L.S . & Seymour M. Arkawy, P.E . , and dated April 29,
1974, latest revision 4/29/75, be approved subject to the following
conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval
on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the
applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the
date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the
conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.

Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the date
of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
1. Applicant shall comply with� all requirements of the
Towyn of Fishkill Planning Board resolution covering this
subdivision.
2. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files. Said copies shall be obtained from
the County Clerk=s office.

Dear Mr . Arkawy:
At the April 7th, 1975 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of wappinger adopted the following resolution:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Seymour M. Arkawy
for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision Map of
Brinkerhoff, Watch Hill, Section 5, Town of Fishkill, Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" , prepared by Burgess & Behr,
L.S . and Seymour M . Arkawy, P.E, , and dated revised 8/16/74, subject
to the following requirements :
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22 ; Article III, Section 30;
and Article TV of the Subdivision Regulations . In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to -the approval of the
plat.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall
be obtained.
2 . Applicant shall comply with all requirements of the Town of
Fishkill Planning Board resolution covering this subdivision.
3 . Certification on True North arrow and certification that all
elevations are based. on US ,GS. are required.

4. Agreement on fire protection shall be worked out with
the New Hackensack Fire Company, the Rombout Fire Company,
the County Fire Coordinator and the applicant.
5 . Provisions for storm water drainage should be indicated.
