Dear Mr . and Mrs . Watkins,:
At their January 21st, 1980 meeting, the Planning Board of
the Town of Wappinger, adopted the following resolutions:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to David D. and
Sonja A. Watkins and John Vorndran for subdivision as shown on
map entitled "Subdivision Plat Prepared for David Watkins and
John Vorndran, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" ,
prepared by Richard G . Barger, PE & LS, and dated November 20, 1979,
subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30;
and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations . In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning ordinance ® in addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to -the approval of -the
plat.
1 . Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
shall be obtained.
2 . Downstream drainage fee of $200 . 00 for the 10. 2 acres
parcel shall be paid prior to the signing of -the plat.
3 . The cemetery on the 10 . 2 acres (parcel B) shall be adequately
fenced -to keep livestock from entering.

WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat Prepared for David Watkins and
John Vorndran, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, Now York" was
received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on January 21st, 1980,
and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of
Wappinger Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application., except as noted below, and
WHEREAS_ , the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on January 21st, 1980, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
David D. and Sonja A. Watkins and John Vorndran for approval
of said subdivision plat, prepared by Richard G. Barger, PE & LS,
and dated November 20,. 1979, be approved subject to the following
conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval
on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by
the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months
from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied
with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in, the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by . the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law,
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date
of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.

4. Five copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board distribution. Said copies shall be obtained
from the County Clerk's of-fice.
