Present in the meeting were Mr. Timothy Moot, consultant, Mr. Mike Tremper, operator; Meena George, Vijay Gandhi and, Paul Buist, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). Following items/concerns were discussed: 1. Our records indicate that a Notice of Complete Application (NOCA)was sent to the permittee on 11/26/2018 for Wildwood WWTP and 1216/2018 for Mid-Point Park VWVfP. The Department has not yet received a proof of publication for these projects. Therefore, both the VWWTPs are currently under operation without a valid SPDES permit. 2.- The 2018 annual flow certification for these facilities indicated that the POTW has exceeded 95 percent of the design flow triggering the requirement under 6NYCRR 750-2.9(c) 3. The permittee's plan to connect Wildwood STP to the Tri-municipal WWTP and the grant availability for the same. 4. The new technology discussion and plans for Mid-point Park WWTP As discussed in the meeting, please submit a corrective action plan to address the Ill deficiencies in the collection system and the flow violations, along with the schedule of implementation for the corrective measures for both the facilities no later than January 8, iH wYoRK Department of orrnW°urirr ZnVionMentd Conservation 2019. Also, please contact our Division of Permit (DEP) to address the expired permit status for both the facilities. The Department highly recommends the consolidation of all small WWTPs (Wildwood, Mid-Point Park SD, Fleetwood Manor SD and, Woodhill Green WWTPs) in the Town's jurisdiction as one facility that would discharge into a larger waterbody. If you have any questions, please contact meat (845) 256-3147. Your cooperation in this matter is anticipated.
