Re: 88 Acre Parcel Route 376, ARGAN Development Corporation
Application is hereby made to the Town Board under Article 281 of the Town
Law to authorize the Planning Board to modify applicable provisions of the zoning
ordinance in order to enable and encourage flexibility of design and development
of the land whereby the natural and scenic qualities of open land are preserved
withinthe above referenced project.
Previously we made application before the Board for P.U.D. status, 250 D.U. con-
dominiums, in the form of a zoning amendment prior to the adoption of the Town
Zoning Plan.
At this time after careful review by our engineers and planners we are considering
the development of this parcel into the permitted number of lots utilizing attached
and detached dwelling units.
Me
We have enclosed ewe -41? copies of our proposed site plan with site data describin!--
