The property is 147 ft. +- wide at Route 9. The south line is 167 ft +- deep. The north line is 158 ft. - deep and the rear line is 151 ft. Our Ordinance specifies that HB zone must have a minimum of: • Two (2) acres, • A minimum width of 150 ft. • A minimum depth of 200 ft. • A 75 ft. setback on a State Road • 10 ft. side line setback • 60 ft. rear yard setback (doubled because it abutts a residential zone).
