We found the site too small, not practical and difficult to enter and exit. The vote was

Attached you will find a rezone petition for Atlantic Mortgage Bankers, LTD. This item has
been placed on the July 20' agenda for informal review per the Town Board's request (though
the application is not complete).
The property in question is directly south of B&B Auto and west of Berchwood Trailer Park
(MFS Zone). They are requesting a re -zone from RMF5 to HB.
The site contains .52 of an acre. The property is 147 ft. +- wide at Route 9. The south line is 167
ft +- deep. The north line is 158 ft. - deep and the rear line is 151 ft.
Our Ordinance specifies that HB zone must have a minimum of:
• Two (2) acres,
• A minimum width of 150 ft.
• A minimum depth of 200 ft.
• A 75 ft. setback on a State Road
• 10 ft. side line setback
• 60 ft. rear yard setback (doubled because it abutts a residential zone).
The sketch attached suggest area left for construction.
