Having examined in their entirety the Notice of Bid, Instructions to Bidders, the Bidding
Documents, and Specifications, and any Addenda thereto, and all other documents comprising
and hereafter collectively referred to as the Contract Documents, all as prepared by Cerniglia &
Swartz Architects, Planners and Interior Designers, PC, 134 Academy Street, Poughkeepsie,
NY, and having examined the site of the Work and conditions affecting the Work, the
undersigned proposes and agrees to perform all labor and furnish all materials and equipment
required to complete all work depicted or specified, in strict accordance with the Contract
Documents and to your complete satisfaction and acceptance.
The undersigned further agrees that:
(A) This Proposal shall remain irrevocable for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of
bid opening set forth in the Advertisement for Bids.
(B) The following listed addenda have been received and considered in the preparation of this
Proposal:

replacement of roof deck and temporary shoring as may be needed.
TIME OF COMPLETION
If awarded the Contract, the undersigned agrees to complete all work included in the Proposal
in accordance with the following project schedule:

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DECEMBER 15, 2002

If the Contractor shall at any time fall behind in the performance of his work in contravention
of the requirements of the Project Schedule, the Contractor shall, at his own cost and expense,
accelerate the performance of the work and perform such overtime work as may be necessary to
conform to the Project Schedule.
