Resolution Employing Legal Services To The Town Of Wappinger Town Board, Zoning
Board Of Appeals, Planning Board For Calendar Year 2020
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
10, 2020.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman
Phillips.
BE IT RESOLVED, that James Horan Counsel to the firm of Wallace and Wallace,
LLP, be and he hereby is employed and retained for the purposes of furnishing to the Town
Board, And Lisa Cobb Counsel to the Firm of Wallace and Wallace, LLP, for the Zoning Board
of Appeals and Planning Board and the Town’s officers, departments and agencies, such legal
advice and services as may be required by the Town Board and Zoning Board of Appeals and the
Town’s various departments and agencies during calendar year 2020; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said James Horan Counsel to the firm of Wallace
and Wallace, LLP, shall be paid commencing January 1, 2020.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
