that lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the
Town of Wappinger, County,of Dutchess, State -of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Fleetwood Drive at
the northwest corner of land now or formerly of Fleetwood Water
Works Corporation and running thence along the westerly line of
said Fleetwood Water Works Corporation South 110 221 20" East
205.27 feet to the line of lots shown in Block D on a certain map
entitled "Fleetwood Manor"; thence along the line of Lots shown in
said Block D North 830 131 20" West 293.18 feet and South 62° 33'
30" Nest 26+.85 feet to a point; 'thence leaving said line and run-
ning along other lands now or formerly of Gallo Brothers Holding
Corp. North 70 42' 00" West 221.02 feet and North 820 181 00" East
520.00 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting and reserving
therefrom land provided for the turning circle at the present end
of Fleetwood Drive.
BEING 'part...cf premises which were conveyed by Osborne Hills,
Inc. to Gallo Brothers Holding Corp, by deed dated August 12,
1963, which deed was recorded in the Dutchess County Clerk's Of-
fice on August 13, 1963 in Liber 1107 of Deeds at Page 175.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made in the regular course of business actu-
ally conducted by Gallo Brothers Holding Corp., grantor herein,
and does not constitute all or substantially all of the assets of
said Gallo Brothers Holding Corp.; and is made with the consent of
all of the stockholders of said corporation.
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party
of the first part in and to said premises,
To have and to hold the premises herein, granted unto the party of the
second part, its successors and assigns forever.
