Resolution Authorizing A Contract For Integration Of Cable Tv Audio And Video
Equipment With Compute
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 26,
2021.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger owns audio and video equipment to broadcast its meetings to
the public over its Municipal Access Channel on Cable TV; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to utilize this equipment to provide audio and visual data to a
computer interface so that it may be livestreamed to the public on zoom and other streaming
services; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a proposal from Salemsys.net, Inc. to perform the necessary
integration at a cost of $1,188.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The Town Board hereby authorizes a contract with Salemsys.net, Inc. for the system
integration at a cost of $1,188.00 in accordance with the terms of the attached proposal.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to sign the proposal on behalf of the
Town.
3. The Town Board hereby authorizes the following budget line transfer for the contract:

The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
