Also be advised that John Lawrence and Kim Redl-Lawrence have executed the Town's form of "Maintenance Bond" guaranteeing the quality and workmanship of the roads for a period of one year after acceptance. This Maintenance Bond was secured by a Letter of Credit issued by the Bank of New York. The Letter of Credit is in the sum of$188,000.00 +1- which is in excess of the amount needed. I have spoken to Barbara Feingold, Vice President of Bank of New York. She has agreed to make the appropriate corrections and have the same submitted to the Town by tomorrow, December 28, 1994. This amended Letter of Credit should be in place prior to the recording of these documents, Based on the foregoing, I recommend that the Town accept the deeds and improvements in connection with the Lawrence Subdivision, authorize the Supervisor to execute the Gains Tax Affidavit and return these documents to the applicants for recording in the Dutchess County Clerk's Office.
